We are looking for a service star in Umeå for the spring tire season who will meet all our tire hotel customers at our service center.

Your working hours will be between 07:00 - 16:00 Mon-Fri.

Within the service market at Bilbolaget in Umeå, we have a high ceiling and value that we can help each other across departmental boundaries to create a wonderful workplace together – but of course also ensure that our customers are satisfied!

The first thing our customers encounter when they enter the premises is the Service Center. Therefore, we place great importance on ensuring that all our customers who call in or visit the facility are greeted in a friendly and professional manner. This makes this role extremely important for the overall impression customers receive.

Job Responsibilities
In this role, your days will be varied and fast-paced. You will be the link internally to our tire change team and externally assist our tire hotel customers over both phone and counter. 

Some examples of job responsibilities;

• Write work orders for tire changes
• Respond to emails/phone calls regarding tire changes
• Welcome customers when they come in for a change, call them up when it’s done, and process payments.
• Plan the next day and print out the necessary materials for it
• Keep the lounge clean and tidy
• Assist other departments internally with tire changes.

We are looking for someone who:
Loves a fast pace and that no day is the same!
Is comfortable handling quick changes and is solution-oriented in unforeseen events.
Is stress-resistant, unpretentious, and passionate about delivering world-class service, both to your colleagues and our customers at the counter.

Additionally, you should have knowledge of the Office package and be passionate about personal interactions with our customers. You speak both English and Swedish. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not a requirement for the position.
