Your role in our team

As a business specialist in Process & Payment, you will help ensure that our products, services, and business operations work seamlessly—from business decisions to accurate invoicing and payment. You have a holistic perspective on our customer, contract, invoicing, and payment flows and work to ensure that processes, systems, and working methods support both the needs of the business and applicable regulations.

In this role, you will work with system management and development of our invoicing system in close collaboration with the business and IT. You will participate in system upgrades, drive improvement initiatives, and contribute to digital development that creates efficiency, quality, and stability in our deliveries.

You will be responsible for monitoring, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in the area, which means ensuring that laws, industry requirements, and internal guidelines are followed. The role also includes work with data management and analysis, internal control, and participation in audit work. If necessary, you will support colleagues through training and knowledge sharing within your area of responsibility.

You will become part of a team that prioritizes, drives, and solves tasks related to our system solutions, where collaboration, personal responsibility, and progress are central parts of the working method.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Relevant academic education, for example in computer science or economics

• Good system understanding and the ability to see the big picture

• Experience with system upgrades

• Experience in qualified specialist work within the energy sector or other regulated activities

• Experience with invoicing processes, pricing models, and follow-up, preferably within the energy market.

• Experience working with regulatory compliance, including monitoring and implementing changes in legislation (e.g., the Electricity Act, the District Heating Act, GDPR, consumer rights)

• Experience leading projects or assignments

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience planning and conducting training on processes, systems, and legal requirements.

• Experience developing and managing governing documents, guidelines, and routines.

• Competence in structured process work and documentation of processes

• Experience analyzing the consequences of changes from customer, process, and system perspectives

• Basic knowledge of the energy market

Personal qualities:

You are analytical, structured, and meticulous, with the ability to see patterns and connections in complex issues. At the same time, you are pedagogical and communicative, creating trust through clear and trustworthy communication with various stakeholders. You have a good understanding of both business and operations, are solution-oriented in your approach, and have the ability to see the big picture. When conditions change, you are flexible and quickly adapt to find sustainable solutions.
