About the job

You will handle requests for the release of public documents and information from individuals, companies, and public actors. With the support of applicable laws and regulations, you will independently and promptly assess whether the request can be granted and, if necessary, perform a confidentiality assessment. The tasks vary in scope and complexity. Based on the principle of public access, this task is highly prioritized.

We work in teams, which means you will work closely with your colleagues and support each other to achieve the team's mission. You plan your own workday and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others.

The work is qualified, and you will gain new knowledge both broadly and in depth. If you are interested, you can also participate in various improvement and development projects alongside your regular tasks. The job involves many contacts, for example, with customers and other authorities. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure. The needs of the organization dictate our tasks. This means that you and your team may be called upon for other tasks within the framework of your employment.

You will belong to the Personal Tax Unit 1 in the Personal Tax Department, located in Skellefteå.

About you

You should also have:

  • a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in law or several years of relevant work experience in public administration.

It is desirable that you have relevant work experience in administrative tasks within public administration or agencies. It is also desirable that you have relevant work experience in administrative tasks within insurance companies or banks. Additionally, it is desirable that you have relevant work experience from the Swedish Tax Agency.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security assessment with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
