Are you an experienced finance assistant looking for a short-term assignment? We have an urgent need and are looking for someone who can start as early as week 3 for a two-month assignment!
About the assignment
We offer a two-month assignment where you will have the chance to contribute your skills in an important role. As a finance assistant, you will work in a flexible environment where your efforts make a difference from day one. The assignment is full-time (100%), but there is an option to work at 75% if desired.
The assignment is expected to start immediately, preferably starting in week 3.
Your tasks
In the role of finance assistant, you will primarily be responsible for handling travel expenses. You will also support the team with other financial administrative tasks, which requires accuracy, structure, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with the work.
Your qualifications
- At least two years of experience in financial work within municipal operations
- Well-versed in financial administrative processes, preferably with a focus on travel expenses
- Good ability to work in a structured and accurate manner
- Enjoy working independently and can easily adapt to new processes
