This is a full-time consulting assignment starting on January 27th for at least a month. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are very good opportunities for extension of the assignment.

Job responsibilities

In the role of receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world and a central part of the daily operations. You are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for both visitors and employees. Your role is varied and requires a sense of service and an eye for detail. You will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and ensure that conference rooms and the pantry are always in top condition. It also includes preparing coffee and snacks and making minor purchases to keep the kitchen and reception well-stocked.

• Greet and welcome visitors and create a professional first impression
• Connect incoming phone calls and handle simple inquiries over the phone
• Ensure that conference rooms are set up and ready for meetings, including coffee and snacks
• Keep the pantry organized and ensure that the coffee machine is functioning properly
• Make purchases of snacks, coffee, and other necessities

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in a service role, with professionalism and a genuine service mindset
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a receptionist and have experience working over the phone and face-to-face.

You communicate easily with different types of people and create a welcoming and professional atmosphere, both in personal meetings and over the phone. As a receptionist, it is important that you are helpful and enjoy being the one who supports colleagues and guests in both big and small matters.
