HR Student at Saab

Your Role

We are looking for an HR student to join our team that works with the recruitment of passive candidates and newly graduated engineers within Saab's critical competencies. You will support the team with various parts of the recruitment process and provide our candidates with an exceptional candidate experience!

Your tasks will include:

• Sourcing
• Matching and selection of candidates
• Conducting phone interviews with candidates
• Reference checks
• Conducting security clearance interviews and maintaining ongoing contact with our security department for further handling
• Managing the recruitment process for our candidates in the HR system Workday
• Providing support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers

You will be based at our office in Järfälla, with the possibility to work remotely on certain days. Your role may also involve travel to other locations.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone studying HR/Human Resources or a similar field, who wants to combine their studies with part-time work to gain practical experience in recruitment.

You will be part of a wonderful team of recruiters, so we hope you can contribute with energy, flexibility, and good collaboration skills. You thrive in social situations and have strong communication skills, allowing you to build good relationships with colleagues, candidates, and hiring managers.

Our dynamic work environment requires you to be flexible, fearless, and able to prioritize and organize your work. Furthermore, you are reliable, take responsibility for your tasks, and see opportunities in challenges. Like many other companies, we also have some administrative work, which you can tackle in a structured manner.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
