Responsibilities

As an Agent Sales Support, you will assist private customers through the order process, and you are expected to handle, among other things:

• Daily support to retailers regarding, among other things;
• Car orders
• Distribution and delivery times
• Invoices and payments
• Deliveries and registrations
• Claims handling
• System inquiries
• Administration
• Escalation of cases
• Handling product-related questions
• Documentation

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is structured and a star when it comes to communication. You have high competence in administration, are meticulous, and have experience in order support or sales support. We would like you to be a team player and used to prioritizing cases. Experience from the automotive industry is a requirement, preferably in sales with experience in direct registration. We consider it a plus if you have financial knowledge and broad system knowledge. In this role, you are required to speak and write Swedish and English fluently, and you also have good collaboration skills with a persuasive attitude.

The position is a permanent employment at MSX with a 6-month probationary period. MSX has a collective agreement and offers wellness benefits. The placement is in Kista at the client's premises. You will be part of a positive team with inspiring colleagues. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-18 and Saturdays 10-15. Weekend work occurs approximately once a month.
