We are currently in a growth phase and are looking for a new Team Lead & Key Account Manager for our sales department.
Team Lead & Key Account Manager
Are you a leader with a passion for developing both people and businesses, and do you thrive on balancing multiple exciting tasks at once? With us, you will have the opportunity to combine strategic leadership with building strong, long-term customer relationships. We are looking for a Team Lead & Key Account Manager (KAM) who wants to take responsibility for both leading our team and developing our key customers.
In this role, you will lead a team of 7 engaged and ambitious KAMs and work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to ensure we meet our goals. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves taking responsibility, working with sustainability, and being a key player in our continued growth.
About the RoleThe role of Team Lead/KAM is varied and dynamic. You will combine leadership with operational work to drive both the team's and our customers' success. Here are some of the key responsibilities:
- Strengthen and develop the sales team: You coach and lead the team in close dialogue to optimize sales results and achieve our goals. You follow up on results, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build long-term customer relationships: You are responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key customers and last-mile deliveries. By understanding customer needs and building trust, you ensure that our services deliver maximum value.
- Drive sustainability communication: In collaboration with our Marketing Manager, you ensure that sustainability issues are visible and updated in our social channels. You actively work to highlight our sustainability efforts externally and strengthen our brand.
- Business development and market adaptation: You negotiate contracts and ensure profitable collaborations while identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and strengthen our market position.
- Personnel development: You create a motivating and supportive work environment that promotes both individual and collective success. You coach the team daily and encourage personal and professional development.
- Collaboration and analysis: Together with the COO and CCO, you design strategic sales reports and analyze results to identify areas for improvement. You also work closely with the CCO to ensure a cohesive strategy that meets both our and our customers' needs.
Who You Are
You are an initiative-driven and goal-oriented person who thrives in a dynamic environment where strategic and operational work meets. You motivate and inspire both your team and your customers, and with your flexibility, you see opportunities where others see obstacles. Additionally, you are solution-oriented, engaged, and have several years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience successfully leading and coaching teams.
- Is accustomed to managing large clients and driving complex business processes.
- Has worked with sustainability issues and integrated them into business.
- Is skilled at analyzing data and market trends for strategic decisions.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
- Has a university degree in economics. Education in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
We consider it an advantage if you have a network in the e-commerce industry and experience in B2B sales within logistics or similar areas.
Workplace: Hybrid workplace with an office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work on certain days.
