About the Position

We are now assisting our client on the northern side of Stockholm in finding a service-oriented customer service representative. Our client is an expert in optics and delivers high-quality service to their suppliers and retailers. We are looking for someone with experience and competence in optics, for example as a store employee or optical assistant. The reason for this need is that the team needs to be strengthened with an additional person during the summer when the peak season occurs. The start date for the position is March 1.

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months. This means that you will be employed by us at Cleverex Bemanning and work at our client’s location.

Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. The phone is your primary tool, and your main priority is to handle incoming calls. Since the customer provides high-quality service, it is important to maintain and manage that. The work is primarily conducted in Swedish and English, with a customer base consisting of Nordic companies. Furthermore, you will also:

Act as an advisor on optical issues for established B2B customers
Handle orders, both incoming and existing
Work in SAP, CRM, and other systems
Manage the email inbox

Your Profile

Completed high school, education in optics is an advantage
Background in optics and a good understanding of optical terms
Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written; other Nordic languages are an advantage
Good telephone skills and experience in service
Experience in customer service and/or SAP & CRM is an advantage
