About the Position
We are now looking for a salesperson who wants to find a long-term employer to grow with Titanium Gateway in their expansion within the metal industry. As a salesperson in this role, you will be a key person in supporting existing customers while developing new business opportunities. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the company's CEO, who is an experienced salesperson, where during your initial time you will be introduced to the company and the industry by relieving and eventually taking over customers from him. Your focus will be on selling titanium products used in the aerospace, defense, and automotive industries, as well as in medical technology.
Titanium Gateway has a team of eight colleagues in Sweden, Finland, and Germany with a strong corporate culture. It is a close-knit group that travels several times a year and engages in other exciting activities. This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process goes through us at Wrknest, but you will be employed directly by Titanium Gateway.
Your Future Responsibilities
In the role of salesperson, you will handle all contact with your customers and thus create close and long-term relationships. Your workdays may vary from sending quotes and invoices to participating in international fairs and building long-term relationships with both large and small customers.
- Process incoming inquiries and create quotes.
- Process potential customers and build your own customer base within the industry.
- Manage and follow up on orders.
- Participate in customer visits and fairs to establish new contacts; longer trips may occur in the role.
We Are Looking For You Who
To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have some experience in sales and are a confident and unpretentious person who enjoys working in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Experience working with technical products or within the metal industry is an advantage, but the most important thing is your willingness and interest to learn and grow together with the company. Travel is included in the role, and a driver's license is a requirement. The position also requires that you speak and write fluent Swedish and English, and it is an advantage if you can also communicate in Finnish, German, or other European languages.
