About the position
We are now looking for more account managers for Stockholm and the rest of Sweden.

Expandermera aims to be our customers' first choice when they need help with staffing solutions in the construction, road, and civil engineering sectors. Our goal is to differentiate ourselves from our competitors by being the most sustainable supplier with skilled and knowledgeable workers. In the role of account manager, you will work with proactive sales. We book customer meetings ourselves at the customer's location, listen to their needs, and create the best solution for their requirements. We want to be our customers' competent advisors who can deliver everything from skilled workers to office staff, thereby becoming the obvious partner for our clients.

We want to strengthen our presence in Stockholm and are therefore looking for more account managers.

The position will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm but may involve travel for the right person. For the right candidate, there will be an opportunity for co-ownership.
About the role:
As an account manager, you will have a significant responsibility in monitoring and creating a good business relationship with new potential customers. The position primarily involves acquiring new customers but also developing cooperation with existing clients. A prerequisite for success is to have a close relationship with the market, especially the customers, but also insight into the daily work of site managers, supervisors, and other decision-makers either directly or through key personnel within the organization. It becomes especially important to quickly understand the customer's needs and to be able to present a sustainable solution.
The work as an account manager also involves:

  • Market monitoring. To have a very good and updated insight into ongoing and upcoming projects that require the services that Expandermera offers.
  • Managing the business from start to finish with many meetings at the customer’s site.
  • Close dialogue with supervisors/project managers during the project and actively participating so that the customer feels secure and satisfied with our services.
  • An important activity to differentiate from competitors is to continuously visit job sites and deepen customer relationships and understanding of our customers' work.
  • Creating relationships, understanding, and deep collaboration with site managers, HR personnel, and company leaders is of utmost importance to us.
  • Working actively with other departments at Expandermera.
  • Bringing new insights, thoughts, and ideas for Expandermera's continued development is something we truly appreciate.
  • You are an ambassador for Expandermera and with a driving spirit create new opportunities for yourself and the company.
Who are you?

You are driven by sales, making deals where the customer finds added value with us, and this is obvious to you. We need you to have previous experience selling service solutions to B2B customers and being accustomed to listening to customer needs before proposing a solution.

We believe you have prior sales experience from industries such as construction, road, and civil engineering. You are used to gathering a team of colleagues to collaboratively create a staffing solution that fits our customer.

It is advantageous if you have a network in the construction, road, and civil engineering sectors.

To succeed in the role of account manager and as an employee at Expandermera, we see that you are a goal-oriented yet humble person who values teamwork and is willing to take full ownership and responsibility for your work.

A requirement for the position is that you have a B driver's license. The position may involve travel with overnight stays occasionally, but this can be planned with good foresight. You will naturally receive a company car and all other technical solutions that enable you to perform your job in the best way. Good fixed salary plus commission. Wellness allowance.
