We are looking for someone who:

In this role, you will support the authority's network expansion with communication expertise in several projects. You will be part of the unit that focuses on regional dialogues and communication in network expansion. The communicators in the unit have common working methods and collaborate as needed to ensure communication that contributes to the progress of the projects while also strengthening the brand. Our client applies hybrid work, and you need to be on-site in the office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute communication that contributes to the progress of the projects, focusing on communication to those affected by the projects, directly or indirectly.
• Support the project's spokespersons and ensure that external communication maintains a consistent message based on the communications for the network expansion.
• Work closely with the program communicator and other project communicators and be part of the unit in the communications department that focuses on communication in network expansion and regional communication.
• Be both advisory and operational.

Requirements:

• You have a university degree, at least a bachelor's degree, in media and communication studies, behavioral science, or journalism.
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in communication within projects/activities that affect the public.
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in independently driving, planning, and executing target group-adapted communication and relationship-building communication activities.

Meritorious:

• At least 1 year of work experience in an authority and/or in another public sector.
• At least 1 year of work experience in communication within large infrastructure projects.
• At least 1 year of work experience in adapting content for digital channels.

As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, and have a strong drive. You are outgoing, trustworthy, and clear in your communication. You have good collaboration skills and are happy to take your own initiatives.
