Your Job Offer

Your Responsibilities
- Engaging with both new and existing customers in the electronics and telecommunications industry
- Identifying, analyzing, and proposing test solutions and measuring instruments based on customer needs
- Taking full responsibility for the entire sales process, including booking and conducting meetings, writing quotes, and closing deals
- Negotiating prices and driving strategic issues around contracts and pricing in consultation with your manager
- Creating profitable growth by maintaining good relationships with customers and stakeholders
Good to Know
Rohde & Schwarz is a global company, and in Sweden, we are located in three places with our headquarters in southern Stockholm. You will be based at the headquarters in Stockholm and report to the Sales Director for the Nordic region.
You will have the support of application engineers, other sales engineers, assistants, and administrative staff. The role involves a lot of travel for customer meetings, and you will therefore have a company car. Travel that includes overnight stays in other locations amounts to about 2-4 days per month.
Our Expectations
We are looking for someone with technical understanding and an engineering degree, preferably with a focus on physics or electrical engineering.
Previous experience in electronics and test solutions is advantageous, but an internship or thesis work is also sufficient. You should also possess the ability and willingness to create and develop good and long-lasting customer relationships, which is important as our sales cycle ranges from a few weeks to a year. You are trustworthy, driven, and can work in a disciplined and results-oriented manner.
In this role, you will be in contact with many customers and colleagues from various fields, so it is important that you have good communication skills and are outgoing. You also have a positive mindset and are proficient in English, both spoken and written, as you will be involved in negotiations daily. The role involves a lot of travel within the region, and it is crucial that you are driven, independent, and solution-oriented in your work to achieve your goals.
