Key Account Manager and Client Solution Specialist

Do you want to work in a role where you can combine strategic business acumen with relationship building and project management? As a Key Account Manager and Client Solution Specialist at Selecta, you will be responsible for some of our largest clients and lead efforts to win new major contracts in the region. About the role In this key role, you have a central responsibility for the agreement with one of our Facility Management partners (FM partners) and ensure that the collaboration delivers value for both parties. In addition, you will be responsible for a selected number of corporate clients and actively work to develop long-term relationships and business.
You will work on:
- Creating and presenting advanced bids and proposals.
- Calculating and negotiating solution-oriented to develop, retain, and win contracts.
- Acting as a project manager for successful business development and ensuring that the client's needs are met through close collaboration with both the client and our organization.
Your drive, creativity, and business sense are crucial as you turn challenges into opportunities and take our business to the next level.
Who are you? We are looking for someone with experience in project management and strategic negotiation, preferably within solution-oriented sales (Solution Selling) and B2B. You are skilled at expressing yourself in a business-like manner, both verbally and in writing, and have a background in business economics or equivalent.
As a person, you are self-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the drive to make a difference. Your ability to build strong relationships and find solutions that create value makes you successful in this role.
