Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Representative at INKOM, you will be responsible for seeking out and building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. You will drive the entire sales cycle forward, act as a trusted partner, and provide technical advice to customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, with a primary focus on Sweden. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturers and the internal support department. You will be responsible for technical inquiries, purchasing, and documentation. The responsibilities include regular travel for customer visits, trade shows, and meetings. Collaboration with the team and continuous training is central, with regular meetings and coaching to support your development. Initially, the focus will be on developing existing customers. You will inherit existing customers while actively seeking new prospects. The role requires close collaboration with customers, which means a varied workday with exciting challenges. You will be part of a smaller sales team, have your own sales budget, and report directly to the CEO. • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers • Responsible for the entire sales process • Provide technical advice and handle technical inquiries and purchases

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Work experience in technology and/or sales • Technical education preferably in energy, electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar • B driver's license • You have a technical interest and a passion for new technology • You have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English • Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
