About Fryshuset School Husby Fryshuset School Husby is a secondary school with about 200 students. Here, there are opportunities and challenges that require us to constantly develop the school's work and collaborate closely within the teaching team. We believe in creating good relationships with students, staff, and guardians, where the school's management has regular meetings with the parent council, which represents the guardians' voice. It is important for educators to work on relationship-building with students.

About the Role

We are looking for teachers for teaching Swedish and/or Swedish as a second language for grades 7-9. The position includes shared mentorship in a class where we see the mentorship time as an opportunity to actively work with students on collaboration skills, values education, and relationship building.

· You are confident in yourself and your professional role, where you are a clear leader and have a good ability to establish a calm learning environment in lessons.

· You have a language-developing approach and can adapt teaching based on students' varying needs.

· You are solution-focused, creative, and have a positive view of students, enjoying being part of a student group.

· You collaborate well with both colleagues and guardians.

· You are accustomed to planning, implementing, assessing, providing feedback to students, and are positive about systematically evaluating your own teaching.

· You are responsive to the needs of students and the organization and are interested in developing and adapting your methods to different conditions.

· You are a good role model for students and staff, and your values align well with Fryshuset.

· You enjoy working in a multicultural environment.

Scope and Conditions Scope: 100%.

Start Date: 2026-04-01 or as soon as possible.

Employment Type: Permanent position, we apply a 6-month probationary period.

Salary: Monthly salary.

The position is covered by Fremia's school agreement with Sveriges Lärare, Kommunal, Sveriges skolledare, and Vision.
