Frösunda Omsorg Utbildning AB is now looking for an engaged and solution-focused special education teacher with a focus on intellectual disabilities who is passionate about making a difference for students with special needs.

As a special education teacher with us, you will work in a small, safe, and creative school environment where each student's strengths and needs are the focus. You will teach in small groups with individualized instruction, often thematically and interdisciplinary. We use clarifying pedagogy and alternative learning tools to create a structured and meaningful school day for students with autism and intellectual disabilities.

You will collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other staff to promote learning, communication, and independence for each student.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed special education teacher with a focus on intellectual disabilities, preferably with experience in adapted primary school. You have a warm and professional approach, clear structure, and a solution-focused mindset. You believe in each student's potential and have good collaboration skills as well as a genuine commitment to students with special needs.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
