The Social Administration provides support to the residents of Botkyrka and is responsible for authority exercises, primarily according to the Social Services Act. The support is for both individuals and their relatives. The Social Administration has a special responsibility for children, young people, and adults in need of support according to social legislation. We are about 500 employees who, with strength-based working methods, provide support to the residents of Botkyrka in an equal, fair, and safe manner.

The Position and Responsibilities
Trampolinen is looking for a substitute primary school teacher for grades 4-6 starting in April 2026. Possible earlier start. The substitute position is primarily until June 2026 but will be extended during the 26/27 school year, provided we find someone suitable for the position. The position may be taken by surplus staff from the employer.
Trampolinen is a school that offers special support and treatment for students aged 7-16 years. The school operates in close collaboration between the education administration and the social administration. With the student in focus, we offer a school experience where teaching and treatment occur in parallel. In each class, there is a teacher, a teaching assistant, and a family therapist. As a teacher, you are responsible for teaching a class consisting of three to six students. The teaching focuses on Swedish, mathematics, and English. You are one of three equally important team members around the class.
Your main responsibilities:
- to create a structured school day with learning in focus.
- plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in Swedish, mathematics, and English.
- create an accessible learning environment where support functions, such as visual aids, checklists, digital tools, and much more, are integral parts of the teaching.
- adapt teaching based on the students' knowledge levels.
- together with colleagues, create a pleasant and developing environment for the students, in the classroom, on the playground, and in shared spaces.
We continuously evaluate the students' knowledge levels to ensure that everyone meets the set goals for primary school. You need to be well acquainted with Lgr 22 and be able to write action plans and investigations of special support.

At Trampolinen, you will meet a cohesive and cross-professional workgroup consisting of teachers, teaching assistants, family therapists, and school management. We work closely together throughout the school day to provide students with a safe, structured, and meaningful school experience. Our working method is based on shared responsibility and daily dialogue; we plan, follow up, and develop the operations together. The work environment is characterized by accountability, openness, and trust, where we care for both the students' and employees' well-being.

- participation in a municipality-wide network for special teaching groups about three times/term.
- joint startup meeting every day from 8:15-8:30 AM.
- joint review meeting every day from 2:00-2:30 PM.
Who You Are
Requirements: We are looking for a licensed primary school teacher for ages 4-6 with good knowledge of students in need of special support. You are structured and have an easy time creating order in a day that can be changeable. We are looking for someone who, in addition to the right competence, has personal qualities that fit the role.
You have experience in:
- teaching in a special teaching group.
- students who act in norm-breaking ways.
- responding to students in distress.
- students with diagnoses within NPF.
- using transport support as a means of communication with both students and guardians.
- contacting guardians in crisis.
- writing investigations of special support and action plans.
Meritorious: You have a relationship-building ability that makes children and young people feel seen and safe in your presence. You build trusting contacts through presence, clear communication, and respect for individual needs. As a teacher at Trampolinen, you need to be collaborative, as you work closely together in a cross-professional team every day, where we together create a functioning whole around the student.
As a person, you are interested in staying updated and being at the forefront of your profession. You also need to be structured to conduct high-quality teaching.
