EDUCATED AND ENGAGED CHILDCARE WORKER

We are looking for an educated childcare worker with solid experience and a great curiosity for a developing working method. The position involves working with mixed-age groups of children aged 1-5 years in close collaboration with two dedicated colleagues in the department.

• Is an educated childcare worker with extensive experience in preschool activities.
• Has good knowledge of the Preschool Curriculum.
• Enjoys project work and pedagogical documentation.
• Is confident in collaborating with guardians and managing children's development discussions and school introductions.
• Has digital competence.
• Is cooperative, flexible, and solution-oriented.
