The client is a positive and wonderful man with an acquired brain injury who has extensive motor, cognitive, and communicative disabilities. The client is completely dependent on personal assistance for personal care, mobility, feeding (tube feeding), training, communication, and activities.

It is of great importance that you have experience working in personal assistance, preferably with clients who have more extensive care needs, and we prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant.

As a person, you are calm, stable, responsible, and stress-resistant. It is important that you are attentive and have a good ability to read a person, as well as being flexible and able to take your own initiatives. You are engaged, structured, and considerate. You need to have good collaboration skills as you will be working double shifts with other assistants during the day and evening.

The position is approximately 75% and is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

It is a requirement that you can speak and write in Swedish.
