Sociallux is looking for treatment assistants. We are seeking both permanent employees (trial employment applies) and hourly employees.

We are now looking for treatment assistants for our HVB in Knivsta as part of a controlled and well-thought-out restart.

About the role

You will work closely with young people in their daily lives and be a key person in creating safety, structure, and development.

The work requires presence, clarity, and the ability to stand firm even in challenging situations.

Your main tasks:

• Create structure and safety in everyday life
• Work in a relationship-building and motivating manner
• Conduct treatment work
• Document according to applicable regulations
• Collaborate with social services and other stakeholders
• Actively contribute to a professional and stable environment

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who does not just want to “work at HVB” – but who understands the mission. You are secure in yourself, clear in your approach, and have the ability to combine warmth with boundary-setting.

We see that you:

• Have relevant education (treatment pedagogue, social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or equivalent education is required)
• Have experience working with children and youth, preferably within HVB and/or SIS
• Are structured, responsible, and professional
• Have good collaboration skills but can also work independently
• Master Swedish in speech and writing

A criminal record extract for HVB from the Police Authority is required
