I am a spiritual, cheerful, and energetic (a bit quirky sometimes...) woman currently looking for more assistants for my newly established group that we are working on.

I have a muscle disease that affects my muscles and nowhere else. Of course, I have many interests. I am spiritual, so I do readings, study astrology, and interpret people as well as animals & places, etc., and of course, natural medicine too. I am also interested in hair, makeup, and beauty, as well as photography. Yes, you hear it - a jack-of-all-trades girl. I am cheerful, energetic, and very positive - in the right environment that suits me, which I strive for in my team now. I also have a great sense of humor but also engage in serious conversations. I have a cat that is social and active (a bit lazy sometimes, like her mom, me that is), so one must be able to handle everything that comes with having a cat (activation, play, cuddling, playing hairdresser).

I am looking for someone who is empathetic and perceptive, and you should be able to read when to take a step forward or backward in different situations, considering my privacy (If you cannot read the situation, you can always ask). The job in general is that you are my arms, legs, and voice. One should simply be able to interpret what I say to others in various meetings such as doctor visits, hospital stays, authorities, friends, etc., without personal judgment. Flexible enough to step in during sick leave and as needed, and adapt to the different situations of the job (Some days we just sit by YouTube or watch series and talk, while some days are super active, and some days are mixed).

No one works full-time with me on a fixed schedule for that reason, to be able to step in during absence and still adapt to different paces.

I highly value respect, being a team, energies but still calm, empathy, humor (We are not always so clean in our humor here & very open), being generous - Positive simply. No, we are not that professional here, we are just ourselves - Of course, professionalism is sometimes required but... Since we basically live on top of each other, everyone is themselves. What I absolutely want to see is that we ALL are a team, in good times and bad. Everything from stepping up during gaps to taking on different situations. Therefore, you need to have a physique or willpower to possibly work on your physical and mental strength (If you may need to stay at work and act with tasks, a certain degree of mental strength is required).

We are looking for a fixed and rolling 4-week schedule: Day & evening - 78h/4w which will increase to 107h/4w. The more you step in during absence, the more your income increases, as we have hourly pay.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS:

• Female
• 25-40 years old
• Swedish in speech & writing, as you will interpret for the client
• Have work ethic and compassion
• Be able to be professional in certain situations and set aside your own judgment in certain situations
• Perceptive & open-minded
• The job comes first and the phone comes second, at work
• Be able to step in as needed, now & then - Flexible
• Not afraid of cats or allergic to cats
• Understand and follow confidentiality and other routines
• If you have pets, I hope you can easily arrange for a pet sitter if needed at work
• Interest and knowledge in makeup and hair is also of great interest.
• And interested or open to spirituality.

P.S. I run my own operation, so things are a bit different than with assistance companies.
