At Vår Omtanke, we are currently looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our client in Södertälje! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position I am a woman in my 60s with a muscle disease (DM). I am currently looking for more personal assistants to join my happy team. I speak for myself but need help with everything in my daily life. This includes care, my daily ADL, home maintenance, and taking walks with my dog.

Who are you? You have care experience (preferably working with muscle diseases). You are familiar with dogs and dog care, you take your work seriously, and you should have great empathy, patience, and the ability to understand another person's situation and be very attentive. Last but not least, we should enjoy working together. If you are engaged in your work while being able to mix your commitment with humor and lightness, there are good opportunities for you to thrive here!

• In good physical condition (you can walk for about an hour without difficulty and bend down during care tasks).

• Familiar with dogs

• Available to step in at short notice

• Used to working awake nights

• A woman who can speak Swedish fluently

• Detail-oriented

Working hours and employment rate:

Hourly employment, on-call as needed. The scheduled times are: 07-15 15-22 22-07 (active night)

If you are the right person, there will be available shifts to become permanent if we enjoy working together.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement.

Start date: According to agreement
