Do you want to become our next stable star in an experienced and close-knit team? One of our long-term employees is fully trained, and we are looking for a successor for 60-80 percent.

The main person is a 32-year-old woman who requires assistance around the clock to support her epilepsy, memory, and cognition. She lives in her own apartment and goes to her daily activities Monday to Thursday. Fridays are dedicated to her own activities, and weekends are for managing her home, where the scent of freshly baked bread has become a signature.

You actively work to enhance her quality of life and support her socially, in remembering things, and of course, to protect her during seizures.

You will work scheduled 24-hour shifts (max 8 nights every 4 weeks due to on-call duties), and occasionally day shifts in connection with double assistance during activities such as climbing and swimming.

Otherwise, it involves managing the home and doing things that independent adults do.

You will receive thorough training by shadowing our most experienced assistants.

We are looking for someone who is:

-responsible, curious, and open to contributing to the quality of life of our main person

-has experience working as a personal assistant, is calm and stable

-you need to be able to speak Swedish to avoid misunderstandings

The decisive salary criteria are two: to enhance the main person's quality of life and relieve family members. The company HDA ab has been authorized by the National Board of Health and Welfare for 15 years and was founded by the mother. The management is primarily handled by the co-leader. Team meetings are held for 3 hours once a month. You will also receive necessary training on epilepsy, low-arousal approaches, and how to work with memory support.

HDA is a member of Fremia and follows the Fremia-Communal agreement, with fixed on-call and standby duties, etc.
