Job Description

In preparation for the summer, we are looking for engaged and flexible support assistants to work as summer substitutes from June to August. You will become an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring our participants have a safe, stimulating, and developmental daily life. The work is based on each participant's individual needs and goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Support participants in their daily activities and employment.
• Plan and carry out activities that promote development and well-being.
• Assist with meals and personal care.
• Document observations and report to responsible staff.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities is an asset.
• Nursing or pedagogical education is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility, responsibility, and the ability to meet people with respect and engagement.
• A driver's license (Class B) is considered an asset.
• Experience or education in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) is also an asset.

Other Information

• Summer substitute position from June to August with varying working hours (day/evening/weekend).
• Hourly wage according to agreement.
