Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active since 1993. We operate preschools in five Stockholm municipalities. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, security, job satisfaction, and close proximity to management. In our operations, we use outdoor pedagogy as a method in all learning. This means that our gatherings, dining hall, play, creative activities, and more take place outdoors in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Bark in Nature", where children belong to the groups Explorers, Investigators, and Adventurers. All children at Frilufts Förskolor get plenty of time for play, both organized and free, where the educators participate, inspire, guide, and observe, and last but not least – have fun together with the children! Everything we do is based on the guiding principles Safe, Fun, and Educational.

Your Qualifications

• You are a person who is committed, proactive, and responsible.
• We expect you, as an educator, to provide inspiration, security, and knowledge through your qualifications.
• Aside from being a proactive educator, we require that your interest in nature and outdoor life is at a level that motivates you and inspires both the children and your colleagues.
• You should have the ability to see the needs of the individual child as well as the group, and together with your colleagues create an environment that promotes both the children's development and learning.
