We are now looking for an engaged family counselor for our operations in Huddinge Municipality.
About the job
As a family counselor, you meet couples, families, and individuals in conversations about relationships, conflicts, and life's challenges. You work to create security, understanding, and new perspectives in difficult situations. The work involves great variation and requires both independence and teamwork skills.
About the work group
The work group consists of five full-time positions. The work requires that you are secure in your role and can work independently with couples, but at the same time see the importance of colleagues and partly work in a team. Working hours are during the day with evening duty one evening a week. We work in pleasant premises at Huddinge Centrum. The position includes introductory supervision. The work group also has external supervision by experienced supervisors.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a degree in social work (socionom)
- Has basic psychotherapist training step 1 and has undergone self-therapy
- Has at least five years of work experience in treatment work, preferably couple therapy
We consider it meritorious if you:
- Are a licensed psychotherapist
- Are an authorized family counselor
- Have a sexology education
- Have experience of couple therapy
