Welcome to The Adventure!

The preschool is located in a turn-of-the-century villa on a large garden and natural plot, close to fantastic nature in the surrounding area. The Adventure strives to work with experience-based learning. In a playful way, children are inspired and develop an interest in animals and nature. We would like you to share our passion for outdoor pedagogy. Together with the rest of the staff, you will be involved in the pedagogical activities.

Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active in the preschool sector since 1993. We operate preschools in five Stockholm municipalities.

In Frilufts Förskolor's operations, we use outdoor pedagogy as a method in all learning. This means that our gatherings, dining hall, play, creative making, etc., take place outside in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Bark and Branch in Nature," where children belong to the groups Explorers, Discoverers, and Adventurers. Everything we do is based on the guiding words Safe, Fun, and Educational.

Your Qualifications

You are a person who is engaged, proactive, and responsible. We expect you, as a pedagogue, to use your qualifications to provide inspiration, security, and knowledge to both the children and your colleagues. In addition to being a proactive pedagogue/resource, we see that your interest in nature and outdoor life is at a level that motivates you and inspires both the children and your colleagues. You should have the ability to see the needs of the individual child as well as the group, and together with your colleagues, create an environment that promotes the children's development and learning.

Education

You must have a completed upper secondary education in the care program, children and youth, or equivalent education (requirement).

Language

Swedish (Requirement).
