We want to create the best team around him! Our son has autism, ADHD, and a mild intellectual disability. He is a happy, active, and determined boy who likes everything typically "boyish"; cars, trains, airplanes, yes, all types of vehicles, playing football, cycling, being outdoors and playing, going swimming, and doing practical things. He can walk and speak independently but needs a lot of support, motivation, and encouragement before and during various activities. He needs help with impulse control and requires someone to be by his side at all times as he is creative and inventive. Practical help such as dressing/undressing and assistance during meal situations is also part of the job. Our wonderful boy may exhibit outwardly aggressive behavior during routine transitions, but if you become his friend, you will have a lifelong idol! We are looking for someone who is proactive, cheerful, and shares our son's interests. You need to have great patience and inner calm. Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders (NPF) or working with children is an asset. It is also an advantage if you live in the Täby or Vallentuna area, as the parents are separated and live in these areas. We prefer candidates over 25 years of age. We are looking for personal assistants who can work: a couple of weekday evenings (2.5-hour shifts) per week and occasionally on weekends (Sat or Sun) for 4-8 hours/shift. Other information:

• God Assistans cares for its assistants, has collective agreements, and offers a wellness allowance of up to 4,000 SEK/year.
• We will require a copy of a passport (SE) or residence permit (EU) or residence and work permit/LMA card (non-EU).
