Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association running social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen.

It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and are not afraid to ask questions when needed.

Qualifications: You must have education in care and welfare, equivalent education, or experience working within care and welfare. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication. Computer skills and a B-class driver's license are mandatory.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and experience working with people with disabilities are considered meritorious.

Duties: Your tasks include supporting, motivating, and stimulating the resident's own ability to perform activities in daily life, as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the job.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours including evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call duties.
