We are looking for a female assistant who wants to work as a summer substitute and hourly substitute. In the fall, we can offer some fixed shifts per week and additionally extra shifts as needed. We can offer work during the day, evenings, and weekends.

The Assignment

The client is a very warm and cheerful young lady of 34 years. She communicates through visual support, body language, sign language, and some verbal words.

Music, swimming, disco, reading books, and horseback riding are just a few of the many things she enjoys doing.

She has assistance around the clock every day of the week with awake night support.

Who are you?

We prefer that you have had at least one or two previous jobs with good references. You should view this work as long-term since everyone involved benefits from continuity.

For communication purposes, you must fully master the Swedish language. You have good skills in expressing yourself verbally and in writing, are computer literate, and have experience with documentation.

You must be a good swimmer as she swims several times a week. Experience with alternative communication, AAC, or sign language is highly meritorious but not a requirement.

We expect you to be smoke-free as we cannot allow smoking during working hours.
