About the position

Falken and Solhaga are located in Vårby, close to both the subway and bus. The accommodations offer a safe and long-term residence for adults with chronic psychiatric issues, primarily psychotic disorders, and comorbidity with addiction is present. We always work based on each individual's goals and needs – at home, in everyday activities, and out in the community.

Our working methods are based on cognitive support, activity, employment, and strengthening and maintaining the individual's abilities. The operations have clear routines, high quality, and work in accordance with the Social Services Act. The teams consist of 14 experienced housing support workers, a group leader, and a unit manager.

As a group leader, you will be a key person in the operation. You will be responsible for daily management, distributing tasks, and supporting the housing support workers in their work, documentation, and decisions. You will follow up, review, and ensure the quality of the operation and actively contribute to developing our working methods.

Together with the unit manager, you will drive workplace environment issues, development, and group processes. You will also be responsible for staffing and schedule planning as well as certain purchases.

In this role, you will gain a valuable network with group leaders from the section's other performing operations, and you will be offered external supervision that allows for reflection, support, and continuous professional development.

You will have a natural presence at both units and enjoy variation, pace, and a mission where the needs of the operation guide you. The role suits you if you are confident in making decisions and appreciate working independently within clear frameworks.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education relevant to the position (e.g., support pedagogue, occupational therapist, or social worker)
• Experience in leading workgroups
• Good knowledge and experience of the target group
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good digital competence and experience working in various systems
• Experience in staffing and schedule planning
• Experience in purchasing, budget work, and an economic approach
