About the position
A lovely family in Nacka is looking for more assistants! We offer a temporary position at 90% that lasts for about 9 months. Additionally, we need to fill positions ranging from 50% to 75%. You will be working with a woman in her 40s with ALS who lives with her husband and two children in a lovely townhouse with a pool in Saltsjö-Boo, Nacka.
There are good public transport connections to Saltsjö-Boo - from Slussen, you can get there in just 20 minutes.
Working hours are scheduled as follows:
07:30-15:30
08:00-16:20
15:30-22:30
22:00-08:00 (awake night)
Your tasks will include:
Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
Assisting with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
Transfers using a ceiling lift
Handling assistive devices such as ventilators, cough machines, suction devices, and feeding tubes.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, solution-oriented, and engaged. You are a calm and empathetic person who can easily understand others' life situations. Personal suitability is highly valued. Furthermore, the client prefers female assistants by her side.
We are looking for someone who sees this as a long-term job.
Requirements:
Non-smoker
Fluent in Swedish
Merits:
Knowledge of transfer techniques
Experience and education in care
Experience with ALS
Employment rate: 1 temporary position at 90% and 4 part-time positions between 50% - 75%.
Start date: Immediate or as agreed. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

Things to consider before your application:
A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you can present a valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.
Due to the nature of the job, which may involve solo work, night shifts, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.
To work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the record check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract can be ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Please note that processing times may vary, so ordering should be done in good time.
