The NiCa Team is currently looking for substitute workers for our sheltered accommodation for women and children living in vulnerability due to domestic violence or other threatening life situations.
With us, you will have the opportunity to work in an organization where safety, respect, and professional treatment are at the center.
Job Responsibilities
As a substitute worker with us, you will work to create safety and support in the daily lives of the residents. Job responsibilities may include:
- Practical support in daily life for the residents
- Accompanying residents on activities
- Contributing to a safe and stable environment in the accommodation
- Documentation according to the organization's routines
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an education in social work.
- Experience working with people in vulnerable life situations
- A professional and respectful approach
- Being secure, responsible, and having good collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and handle various situations calmly and steadily
Experience in sheltered accommodation is an advantage. A driver's license is required.
