Personal assistance is a service according to the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to persons who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You safeguard the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to a smooth daily routine.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who fits the following criteria:

• Willing to work with a man in his 60s living in Södertälje

• Experience in healthcare work

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Good physical condition to perform heavy lifting

• Non-smoker during working hours

It is also an advantage if you:

• Have worked as a personal assistant

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary:

The current employment form is "as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment percentage of approximately 33.7%. Working hours are scheduled for daytime.

Start date according to agreement.
