We are seeking female personal assistants for a 68-year-old woman living in Solna, who requires assistance 24/7, including wakeful nights. She is a humorous person who appreciates assistants with a warm personality and a twinkle in their eye. Your engagement and presence mean more than you might imagine!

Due to breathing difficulties, it can sometimes be strenuous for her to speak, which requires you to be observant, empathetic, and independent. The work involves medical care, including the handling of oxygen and a ventilator. You need a good understanding of respiration and the ability to act quickly in case of changes in her condition. Since her energy and physical ability vary, adaptation to her daily form and the ability to read the situation are required. You must be observant, empathetic, and able to act quickly in emergency situations. A good understanding of Swedish, both spoken and written, is important to be able to use documentation as support.

👉 The position is an hourly contract with the possibility of a fixed schedule. Therefore, it is important that you can work mornings and enjoy it.
