We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a man living in a villa in Ösmo. The man has a congenital cerebral palsy (CP) and requires support in his daily life, but leads an active life with work on weekdays and his own activities, such as driving.

The job involves providing support in daily life, such as assistance with mobility, transfers, some personal hygiene, and household chores. You will also accompany him on activities and outings when needed. The man enjoys going out and trying new things, so it is an advantage if you also appreciate being active.

Working Hours

The position includes several different shifts:

• Weekday evenings 18:00–23:00 (Tuesday–Thursday)
• Morning shifts 06:00–07:00 (Wednesday–Friday)
• Weekend shifts occasionally occur (Friday 18:00–23:00 and Saturday 10:00–23:00)

The same person does not need to work all shifts; the schedule can be distributed among several assistants. Since the morning shifts are short, we prefer that you live in or near Ösmo.

Job Responsibilities

• Morning: waking up, transfers, breakfast, and personal hygiene
• Evening: cooking, assistance, transfers, and hygiene
• Other: household chores and accompanying on activities when needed

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you are responsible, flexible, and have a positive attitude. You have good physical fitness and find it easy to adapt to the needs of others. Personal suitability and chemistry are crucial.

Previous experience in personal assistance or similar work is an asset but not a requirement. We prefer that you live within a reasonable distance from Ösmo.
