We are looking for you who want to be part of an engaged team and work as a personal assistant in an assignment in Järfälla. You will work together with a colleague, and the shifts vary between day, evening, and active night according to a rolling schedule. As an assistant, you will support the user in all activities of the day, which means helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, cooking, cleaning, and medical interventions.

The assignment requires formal medical delegation. You will receive thorough introduction and training, but it is highly meritorious if you have experience with tracheostomy and ventilators.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Speak, read, and write Swedish fluently
• Have experience working as a personal assistant, preferably in complex assignments
• Can handle situations that may arise quickly and maintain calm to work methodically
• Are committed, loyal, attentive, and reliable
• Find it easy to collaborate and can maintain a low profile when necessary
• Are a positive person who instills calm and security in meetings with others

We are looking for assistants for part-time and hourly positions.
