The Health and Care Administration provides service, support, care, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities and is responsible for regulatory activities according to applicable legislation. The administration conducts activities within elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry, health care, support for relatives, and regulatory activities. All work is performed with the resident in focus based on the values of respect, participation, trust, and security. Together we make each other better and work to achieve the vision of quality of life throughout life for the Health and Care Administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a contact person, you primarily function as a friend and companion.

You are there as a support and conversation partner, giving advice on everyday matters, and encouraging the person to lead an active life outside the home, for example, by doing fun activities together. All to reduce the social isolation that occurs.

You will meet twice a month, preferably on weekdays, but some weekends may occur.

When and where you meet and what you do is decided together.

The assignment is voluntary, but you will receive compensation for your efforts in the form of a fee and reimbursement according to SKR's guidelines.

Client Description:

A 17-year-old boy with autism who enjoys baking, cooking, walking, visiting cafes, and watching movies. He also wants to start working out at the gym and needs support in learning how to use the gym equipment.
