We are now looking for an engaged and driven teacher

We are now looking for an engaged and driven teacher with experience and good knowledge in the field of Computer and Communication Technology within the Electrical and Energy Program. The position is a fixed-term employment for one school year starting in August 2026, at 70-100%. Apply for the position today!

Your mission

As a teacher, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching as well as assessing and grading in your courses according to the current curriculum. This includes mentorship, development talks, parent meetings, student follow-ups, student care work, and guidance regarding APL.

You will participate in and be driven in development work and work towards the goal that Nacka Gymnasium will deliver a world-class Electrical and Energy education. Good contacts with companies and the business community are essential for running a successful Computer and Communication Technology program, and you will be an important part of this work with the opportunity to innovate and think outside the box in development efforts. The role may also include teaching assignments in other programs within Nacka Gymnasium.

Your experience

For this position, the following is required:

• experience working as a teacher in computer and network technology
• experience teaching courses in computer and communication technology
• good ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

It is an advantage if you also have:

• qualified teacher in computer and network technology
• experience teaching various courses offered in the electrical program with a focus on Electrical Engineering as well as computer courses in the Technology program.
• experience running a business or other industry experience
• experience as a leader or in another trusted role.

This also means that you adapt your choice of working methods and tools according to each student.
