We are currently looking for a consultant manager assistant with an interest in recruitment and staffing who can start immediately. The role suits you who are structured, service-oriented, and enjoy a varied everyday life where both administration and contact with people are in focus.

About the position

As a consultant manager assistant, you support our consultant managers in their daily work and participate in the entire selection and staffing process. The role is varied and includes both administrative tasks and operational work.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks related to staffing and recruitment

  • Candidate management and contact with consultants

  • Support in recruitment processes

  • Assist consultant managers in their daily work

  • Handle staffing issues via phone

  • Book staff as needed

  • Be a contact person for consultants and clients during evenings and weekends

Working hours & setup

The position is part-time, approximately 8–16 hours per week.

Working hours may vary and include:

  • Weekdays 08:00–17:00 (by agreement)

  • Evenings 17:00–22:00

  • Weekends:

    • Saturday 06:00–22:00

    • Sunday 09:00–22:00

We would like you to be able to work 2–3 days a week and every other weekend. Introduction takes place on-site at the office, after which there is an opportunity for remote work during evening and weekend shifts. Work during office hours takes place at the office in Malmö or Helsingborg.

Your profile

To thrive in the role, we see that you are confident, responsible, and have a knack for taking your own initiatives. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable with having a lot of contact with people from different backgrounds.

We would like you to:

  • Have experience in customer service and/or staffing

  • Have studies or experience in HR, personnel planning, or recruitment

  • Be structured and have good administrative skills

  • Enjoy working independently

  • Have good communication skills

Meritorious:

  • Experience with Intelliplan and/or Teamtailor

  • Driver's license

  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
