About the Position

Welcome to this 30-year-old family business in the construction and manufacturing industry. As an Accounting Assistant at Arildssons Rör, you will play an important role in managing finances and administration related to time reporting. Responsibilities

As an accounting assistant at Arildssons Rör, you will be responsible for:

• handling supplier invoices and coding
• order placement & customer invoicing
• approval tracking for further processing in Fortnox
• administration of reminders
• documentation for progressive profit settlement
• handling time reports in Next

The work involves a lot of internal contact with supervisors and colleagues, which requires good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.

Suitable Background

We see that you have good experience in invoice management and other financial administration, and that this is something you truly enjoy and thrive in. A significant advantage is if you have previous experience from a similar industry and an understanding of project management.

About the Company

AB Arildssons Rör was founded in 1994 and has now expanded to a company with around 50 employees. As one of the few companies in our industry in southern Sweden, we are comprehensive with all necessary resources under one roof. This means we work with all forms of pipes in all types of projects related to installation and repair. The business is divided into three parts: service work within plumbing, contracts, and installations within the industry. We also have a complete workshop where we work with prefabrication.
