HR Specialist for the Social Services HR Department

About Us

We are 7 HR specialists supporting a large administration where managers have extensive and complex assignments, which places high demands on our knowledge and service to them. We have different personal qualities and a mixed experience. Our strength lies in our excellent internal collaboration within the group. We start the week together every Monday to check in, prioritize, and support each other. We do not hesitate to step in and support each other to safeguard our delivery and work environment.

Job Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist with us, you will be a consultative and coaching HR support to the administration's managers. You will work across the entire HR field, including labor law, rehabilitation, competence supply, work environment, salary issues, equal treatment, and recruitment and management recruitment. With us, you will work in a broad, independent role while also having the opportunity to specialize and work strategically with one or more HR areas. You will also be the contact person for an operational area and work closely with the operational manager and participate in their management group.

We Are Looking For

We want you to have a degree from a personnel and labor program from a university or college, at least 180/120 credits, or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You need to have at least three years of experience as a broad HR generalist or similar. You have good knowledge and practical experience in labor law and are used to working consultatively with labor law issues, such as personnel matters, rehabilitation, restructuring, and union contacts. You are good at communicating with the people you meet and can adapt your communication to the intended target group through dialogue and presentations. Therefore, you need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should have a B driver's license. We want you to have the ability to create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally. You collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions. The ability to work with other people is required in the role, which means you are good at listening, showing empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and recognize and reward others' contributions. We also want you to be able to plan and organize your work.

This Is Us

The Social Services' activities are aimed at the elderly and people who need functional support, as well as those in need of home healthcare. The activities are functionally divided into four operational areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing housing, health and medical care, and functional support. The administration also includes the authority unit, the national gymnasium, and the assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
