Controller for Healthcare and Social Services Administration

Your Mission

In the role of controller, you will provide qualified financial support to managers and leadership within the healthcare and social services administration. You will work both operationally and developmentally, contributing to creating clear and reliable decision-making materials.

Your mission includes, among other things:

• working with budgets, forecasts, follow-ups, and year-end closings
• producing analyses, financial assessments, and decision-making materials
• reporting to the board and supporting operational managers in financial matters
• contributing to the development of processes, routines, and working methods
• collaborating with other controllers and colleagues within the finance department

Your Experience

You have a solid foundation in finance and thrive in a role where analysis is combined with dialogue and operational work.

We are looking for someone who has:

• a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or equivalent education or work experience that the employer deems equivalent
• several years of experience in qualified financial work, preferably in a controller role
• a good understanding of financial relationships and accounting
• experience working in larger financial systems
• excellent skills in Excel

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in financial work or controller support directed towards healthcare and social services in the public sector
• experience working in the financial system Raindance and/or decision support systems Qlik/PowerBi
