About the AssignmentWe are looking for an experienced process leader in group development and psychological safety who can support an organization with the ambition to increase well-being, transparency, and trust. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with an internal working group and is based on existing material from employee surveys and targeted questionnaires. The role is external and neutral, focusing on creating conditions for open, constructive, and sometimes difficult conversations that lead to sustainable change.
Responsibilities- Develop and anchor a clear process and working method together with the internal working group.
- Support the working group in identifying, prioritizing, and structuring initiatives over time.
- Plan and lead a joint workshop for the entire organization focusing on engagement, transparency, and participation.
- Conduct ongoing targeted interventions according to the process plan, such as workshops, facilitated conversations, and group exercises.
- Facilitate structured dialogue and contribute to a common direction between employees and management.
- At least 5 years of documented experience in leading group development initiatives with a clear focus on psychological safety, trust, and collaboration.
- Documented experience in planning, leading, and executing organizational and group processes over time.
- Excellent ability to facilitate structured dialogue, including handling resistance, conflicts, and emotionally complex conversations in a professional and safe manner.
- Experience in the role of an external and neutral process leader, with the ability to build trust with both employees and management.
- Experience working in knowledge-intensive organizations.
- Experience working with management teams.
