JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Development Leader who can support the principal and the operations in various areas.

As a Development Leader, you will be responsible for driving and supporting improvement work, operational development, and change processes. You will monitor the external environment and implement necessary changes in the operations (after decisions by the principal), and you will coordinate and drive the systematic quality work.

The role involves preparing decision-making materials, analyzing needs, leading projects, implementing new working methods, and supporting the manager in strategic matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: University or college education in the field of education.

Preferably work experience in similar qualified investigative or development work.

To succeed in the role, you are analytical, structured, and have a good ability to drive processes forward. You are communicative, collaborative, and have an easy time building trust within the organization. You enjoy working with strategic issues, often several in parallel, and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas and find direction in complex contexts. We place great importance on personal suitability. It is an advantage if you also have knowledge and opportunities to expand the position by being qualified to teach in one or more subjects within municipal adult education. Experience from adult education is meritorious.
