Job Responsibilities

Hello recruitment consultant!

We are now looking for a new colleague to the HR department of the primary school administration. In this role, you will support an operational area – that is, a number of schools and their managers – in matters related to recruitment based on the needs of the operations. The focus is on managerial and specialist recruitments, such as lead teachers and deputy principals, as well as administration related to the recruitment process.

The work involves participating in the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis to testing and reference checking. To be able to work proactively, you are expected to stay one step ahead, build relationships, and collaborate with various functions.

You will be part of an HR team consisting of HR consultants and an HR administrator who together provide close and professional support to the managers in the area. Teamwork provides good opportunities for collaboration, but also insight and participation in a broader HR work.

In the department, there are five other recruitment consultants. Together, you have a shared responsibility to continuously develop and improve the recruitment work and ensure that the processes are current and of high quality.

The Competence Supply Unit is led by a manager who wants to prioritize recruitment and describes her leadership as present, coaching, and aimed at giving each individual the opportunity to develop in their role in harmony with the needs of the operations. Here you can find the manager's LinkedIn: Linda Clarin | LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/in/linda-clarin). Would you like to get a reference about us as an employer and your future manager? Contact Alex Larsson, Tel: 0768-549383, [email protected]

Seize the opportunity to work with recruitment in a workplace where you can see and follow the results of your work and where you have the space to work with quality in your processes!

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and who wants to continue developing and growing with us!

You have an academic education equivalent to 180 ECTS in personnel and labor issues, or another equivalent education that includes labor law. It is also a requirement that you have at least one year of work experience in HR/recruitment after completing your education, that you have worked in a consultative role, and have experience with recruitment testing tools.

Since you may receive questions regarding priority and transition, it is important that you have good knowledge of the labor law relevant to the area. A good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish is also a prerequisite. As you will support our international school in recruitment, you also need to feel confident and have knowledge to express yourself in spoken and written English.

You have very good knowledge of competency-based recruitment and familiarity with evidence-based assessment.

We would prefer that you have previously worked with HR in public operations or larger organizations, and it is an advantage if you have worked with both employee and managerial recruitment. If you have previous experience in recruiting for shortage occupations and proactive recruitment, that is also a plus. Similarly, having knowledge of employer branding and experience in building contacts and networks in your role is beneficial.

Who thrives in this role?

  • You who gain energy from working in teams, collaborating, and building relationships.
  • You who have a good sense of structure, but also thrive when you can work forward and see results.
  • You who can work in the limited, but have the ability to see how you can contribute to the whole.
  • You who have an unpretentious attitude, are aware of your strengths and challenges, and want to continue developing together.
  • You who can easily adapt to a changing environment and adjust your working methods when necessary.
  • You who enjoy working closely with operations and building long-term relationships with managers.
  • You who love the craft of recruitment!

Welcome with your application!
