We are now looking for someone who wants a stimulating role as a coordinator within the Debt Restructuring Unit.
About the Job
As a coordinator at the payment mediation department with us in debt restructuring, you play an important role in ensuring that our payment flows are correct.
Your tasks involve working with complex transaction flows where you analyze and manage payment discrepancies. You identify, trace, and correct incorrect incoming and outgoing payments that require manual handling. You make independent decisions about the management of funds based on applicable regulations and operational logic. Your work contributes to a legally secure and efficient financial management.
Everyone working at the Enforcement Authority contributes to the fight against crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. As a coordinator, you can, for example, alert other authorities if a person is incorrectly registered in the population register or receiving benefits on incorrect grounds. This can result in you contributing to stopping incorrect payments from the welfare system.
About You
As an employee at the Enforcement Authority, you are expected to live up to our employee policy (https://www.kronofogden.se/jobba-hos-oss/medarbetarpolicy). You take initiative, are engaged, and take responsibility for achieving goals. You contribute to the development of the organization and help your colleagues succeed. You meet others with respect, kindness, and actively listen to others while showing a positive attitude.
You work results-oriented, show decisiveness, and focus on what needs to be achieved. You are stable and trustworthy in your interactions with people in vulnerable situations. You communicate easily and pedagogically with customers. You have an analytical ability that allows you to see connections and find the most effective solutions. You adapt to the conditions and changes that occur.
Your Qualifications:
- Higher education with at least 90 ECTS credits (60 credits according to the old system) in economics, law, or social sciences, or an economics education from a vocational college
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
- At least six months of relevant work experience in finance-related work
About Us
The Enforcement Authority is a government agency with an important mission. We work closely with people in vulnerable situations. We help those who have not been paid and guide those who need to pay. We provide citizens and businesses with information and good service, so they can make long-term and sustainable decisions. This requires knowledge, decisiveness, care, and courage. We contribute to a well-functioning society for the public and businesses – a society where debts and other claims are established and collected in a legally secure manner.
With us, you can expect challenging tasks that are also developing for you. When you leave work at the end of the day, you can be sure that you have done something that really counts – both for others and for yourself.
Good to Know
The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an administrator. The Enforcement Authority offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer.
Working in the government means that you follow the government’s core values. There are also special requirements for judgment, security thinking, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions during the interview about any previous criminal activity and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also posed to references. We also gather information about debts registered with the Enforcement Authority, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. The information obtained is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the current position.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
