We are looking for a business-oriented Business Controller for a leading industrial group!
S:t Eriks works long-term and focused on creating sustainable infrastructure and outdoor environments that make communities function. We are now looking for a Business Controller who wants to be an important part of the continued development of our working methods and contribute to increased clarity in our sales, production, and logistics flows.
The role suits you who thrive close to the business and want to use your analytical skills to create insights that make a real difference.
About the role
As a Business Controller with us, you will have a broad and varied assignment with responsibility for analysis, follow-up, and development within both sales, production, and administration. The role is both operational and analytical, and you will work closely with our operations.
You will among other things:
create budgets, forecasts, and ongoing cost follow-ups
be part of the reporting process
support operational managers and management with analyses and insights
work with production controlling including calculations and profitability analyses
follow up sales statistics and KPIs
lead smaller improvement and development projects
develop efficiency proposals
work with inventory analysis and contribute to optimization efforts
create clarity and transparency in sales and production data

You will be part of S:t Eriks finance team together with nine colleagues and report to the CFO.
Who we are looking for
As a Business Controller at S:t Eriks, you work communicatively and outwardly, and you will regularly be out in the business to understand flows and create consensus.
You are analytical, communicative, and business-oriented – and you easily build trust in dialogue with different functions. We believe that you thrive in a role where you both work independently and closely with others, where you can contribute with both structure and drive. You are curious and engaged in your work with a good sense of prioritization and delivery.
Requirements for the position
University or college degree in economics (at least 3 years)
At least two years of experience from controller work or qualified accounting
Experience working in advanced IT and business systems as well as advanced Excel
Meritorious:
Experience from the manufacturing or production industry
Good understanding of accounting
Experience with BI tools
