About the Position
We are now looking for a service-oriented and driven individual for the role of Service Coordinator. Have you worked in a similar role before and are ready for your next career step? Then the role of Service Coordinator might be for you! The assignment starts as agreed and lasts for 6 months with a chance of employment with the client for the right person.

Your Main Responsibilities
In the role of Service Coordinator, you will work with various tasks to deliver good service and support to customers. You will work within the company’s proprietary service system, which will be your most important tool for structure, organization, and customer communication. Through this system, you will handle fault reports, customer feedback, quotes, project management, and communication with the company’s nationwide network of subcontractors in plumbing, cooling, construction, ventilation, electricity, etc. In addition, you will administer incoming and outgoing information for the company’s nationwide customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate fault reports, both urgent and planned, from start to finish
- Daily contact via phone/email with suppliers/partners and customers
- Advising and upselling to customers in updating existing products within technical property maintenance
- Invoice review/control
- Administration
- Structure and organize service cases across Sweden
- Quote and project management
The position is full-time, and working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. The work takes place on-site at the office with the possibility of remote work when needed and on occasional occasions.

To be considered for the position, we would like you to have:
- Several years of experience in a similar role
- A technical interest
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Previous experience working in CRM systems
- An eye for making good deals with customers and suppliers
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
